Well, it keeps overheating as it starts up. Its fine when its running, but it wont start. Its just too bloody hot here! Someone suggested the fridge but it didnt work, so I tried the freezer and TA-DA!
@Shivs: sounds like you are settled! Must be nice to have your own place for once!
@sweets: Last night I had to get up in the middle of the night to wet a towel and put that over me so that i could sleep. Wanna swap? :-D

i'm jealous... i have to put my feet on the heater every 5 minutes so they can defrost... i miss the heat!!!

I miss heat. Like proper heat from the sun and not the artificial moisture sapping kind.
So did it actually work after you tried it? What about liquid damage?
